ABOUT US

My name is Jeanette McCarthy. I set up Deiseil Solicitor Services in the summer of 2010 following my move to Lochinver in the Scottish Highlands.

I am a Trust and Estate Practitioner with over 25 years experience in probate, wills, trusts and tax. Beginning

my career with the Capital Taxes Office, I have been

working with solicitors and accountants as "gamekeeper

turned poacher" ever since.

If you are a law or accountancy firm and need help with tax forms and estate administration, or specific help or advice on a particular matter, I can help you. I currently act as consultant to Crane & Walton solicitors, and I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

I am also able to act on behalf of Scottish clients who may have interests or responsibilities with regard to English estates, adn can offer a full Englsih estate administration service
